Warm and delicious pancakes always go down well, my family LOVE them!
These are healthy too, oats are very nutritious.

Ingredients
- 80g Oats
- 150ml plant milk
- 1 TBSP Peanut Butter
- 1 ripe Banana
- ½ tsp Maple Syrup
- Toppings of your choice: fresh fruits, syrup, chocolate sauce…
Instructions
- Pre-heat a large pan to medium-hot.
- Add Oats to blender, pulse to create oat flour.
- Add all remaining ingredients.
- Wizz up to create a batter.
- Pour out into your large pan, I make 4 small pancakes with this quantity.
- Turn once, when the underside is brown.
- Serve!
