Description
A moist, rich, chocolatey cake which takes no time or skill!
For nut free, swap the peanut butter for mashed banana.
Ingredients
- 110g Self-Raising Flour
- 40g Cocoa Powder
- 40g Brown Sugar
- 1 TSP Baking Powder
- 1/2 TSP Salt
- 80g Peanut Butter
- 2 TBSP Maple Syrup
- 100g Plant-Yogurt (e.g. Alpro Plain Soya Yogurt)
- 120ml Water
- 2 TSP Vanilla Essence
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 180 C / 350 F
- Add dry ingredients to a large bowl and thoroughly combine.
- Add wet ingredients and thoroughly combine.
- Place into an 8” loaf tin
- Bake for 25-30 mins. (A knife should come out ‘clean’ when you test it is cooked through)
