Description
A firm favourite with my family ~ sweet and fruity, with a crunchy base. Great for lunchboxes, pic-nics, or at home as a dessert. We love to have our with a dollop of Vegan cream or yogurt. Yum!


Ingredients
Base:
- 175g Oats
- 70g Oat Flour
- 90g Almond Flour
- 110g Apple Sauce
- 60g Maple Syrup
- 45g Vegan Plain Yoghurt
- 2 TSP Baking Powder
Topping:
- 350g Fresh Strawberries
- 50g Maple Syrup
- 2 TSP Lime Juice
- 4 TSP Chia Seeds
- 2 TSP Cornstarch
Instructions
- Add all of the topping ingredients to a saucepan, simmer for about 10 mins, stirring regularly.
- Add all of the BASE ingredients toa large bowl, mix well. Press them into a lined baking tray. Add the strawberry mixture, and bake in the oven for around 25 mins on 180.
- Allow to cool.
- Slice and Serve!
